Since were posting some more recent decades.....

Here is my driver in Iraq, somehow with a bird inside the truck. It was apparently a pet of some the little boys in a village we were operating in.

The other one is my gunner and I. We found 4-star general rank at the PX, just about everyone got their picture taken with it.

My dad ( 1st Sgt) standing on left with Brit sailors hat on.He told me, that he exchanged uniforms with the sailor and toured around Rome wearing it. I brought this up to him years later when I got in trouble for wearing fatigues in-town Columbus,GA,( which in 1973 was a no-no) and he was giving me grief about it.italy007.jpg
