Posted November 11, 2012 Share #1 Posted November 11, 2012 I just posted an Ike jacket that I recently re-acquired from a fellow collector and on the jacket and overseas cap are DI's of the 302nd Infantry Regiment. I think that this DI is a gorgeous piece of the insignia maker's craft and the sterling pieces manufactured by the Newcome Company of New York City are among the finest produced in World War II.
