manayunkman Posted July 25, 2012 Share #1 Posted July 25, 2012 I never had a chance to meet Mr Simmons. All my dealings were with Mrs Simmons. All the German stuff is gone. Mr Simmons received the SS for helping his men in a very bad situation. Rare Distinctive Insignia. 118 photos. Unit histories Discharge papers. Painted helmet. Unit guidon flown on battle field. manayunkman Posted July 25, 2012 Author Share #22 Posted July 25, 2012 The other side. When I got this group home I started to give it a closer look. I saw all the photos showing boots on the sides of liners. I looked at my liner and saw a shape under the paint. By the way there is also an insignia under the current 104th stencil. Here is the result of the one side.
