MasonK Posted December 4, 2011 Share #1 Posted December 4, 2011 Hi All, I thought I would start a thread to share my growing visor cap collection. Nothing too fancy here however still, at least to me, a nice representation of the various US visor Caps. There are some earlier caps that I’m still on the hunt for/are out of my price range at the moment, however I will obtain them in due time. As I acquire more, I will update this thread. Thanks for looking!
MasonK Posted December 4, 2011 Author Share #2 Posted December 4, 2011 First up is a WWII/KW Officers Summer Visor cap. This particular cap is named to a GUGLE JR. and has an RA prefix to the serial #. I believe this denotes KW use.

MasonK Posted December 4, 2011 Author Share #9 Posted December 4, 2011 Up next is the same style visor, made by Bancroft. It appears someone has affixed a USAF Officers insignia. Not sure if this was done by the original owner or by an unknowing collector, however I like it's look and will leave it as is.

MasonK Posted December 4, 2011 Author Share #21 Posted December 4, 2011 A nice EM/NCO WWII Crusher style visor. Based on the wear to the sides, this appears to have been converted to a crusher style since war time. Manufactured out of the Phildelphia Depot.
