I love this forum and its members. they always come through.4starchris Chris, I believe this was more likely between the wars or WW2 era. I don't think they wore the short ones in WW1 at all. Certainly you could come up with a list of BG's who might have worn it, but I doubt it will ever be positively ID's. It has gone through eBay at least twice in the last 5 years, I think.
