In addition to the ones listed, there is one at the Hays Truck Museum in Woodland, CA. It can be seen here:

Here are some photos of the truck at the Oregon Military Museum during its use as a hearse in March, 2007. It carried the remains of Howard Ramsey, Oregon's last WWI Veteran, who died February 22, 2007 at the age of 108. The related news story is here:

I have one. It is pretty hacked up but would be good for parts. It is the front clib with engine, radiator etc.. I believe the engine is good enought to be restored.(Continental) The engine and front clip are actually sitting on top of a frame to a 1917 FWD. If you are interested I could send you some photos. It is located in Idaho.

This is when I wish I was rich. I would snatch one up in a second and have it totally restored. Although in theory you could take almsot any car or truck from that period and the AEF probably used one.

The one in Kansas city is an ambulance.....but I remember reading something that the chassis is original, but the ambulance portion was totally reproduced. It may not have started life as an actual ambulance version. The USAF Museum one is an ambulance as well.

I came across this one at a military vehicle show in Arizona in Jan of 2012. Sorry for the lousy picture, I had a hard time getting close to it, as there was a crowd. I have no Idea who the owner is.
