What do these dummy grenades complete with pin sell for these days?

I would say $40-$50 bucks is about right. If it was a MK1 practice I would say about $60-$70 bucks. Here is a link to the WW1 MK1 practice grenade. Hope this helps.

The fuse looks right (M10A?) for WWII, I'd say around $75 for the practice grenade as pictured.
