Can anyone tell me what I have here? I thought Marine Corps at first, but thier stripes are green on red. Army phased out colored cheverons by 1905. No idea on this one! Red on OD green cotton.

The Army changed the 1st SGT chevron from 2 rockers to 3 in 1942. If there is any connection with the Army, whether ROTC or what ever else then it is probably before 1942.

The colors look almost like the CCC stripes that have been discussed from timt to time. They could also be ROTC, military school or foreign.

Thanks for all the replies. I have read through many posts and looked at a bunch of pics on the internet and none of the colors match for CCC or ROTC examples.
